What is Argonauts Account Manager?

The Argonauts Account Manager is an extension to the box office available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By logging in or creating an account, you will have access to a number of available features and benefits as a season member including and not limited to exchanging, donating and forwarding.

Can I buy tickets for friends and family at a discounted rate?

Yes, you can buy additional tickets at your Member rate! Please call 416-341-ARGO (2746) and one of our representatives will be happy to help you purchase additional tickets.

How do I log in?

You may login using your email address associated to the account. If you have no email address associated to the account, you will be prompted to add an email address upon logging in.

What is Auto-Renewal?

A full 10-month Argonauts membership model which automatically renews for the next season on the payment plan. You know have the option to spread your payments across 10 months to make payments smaller and to better fit your billing cycle.

Why is Toronto Argonauts doing this?

Simply, we are making it easier for you to be a member. No action is required to maintain your membership year over year.

What payment methods are available?

1) 8-month payment plan (credit card only)
2) Semi-annual payment plan (two equal payments)
3) Annual payment plan (one-time payment)

What is the 2020 8-month membership payment schedule?

December 2019/January 2020 - 30% of the total membership dues
February 2020 - 10% of the total membership dues
March 2020 - 10% of the total membership dues
April 2020 - 10% of the total membership dues
May 2020 - 10% of the total membership dues
June 2020 - 10% of the total membership dues
July 2020 - 10% of the total membership dues
August 2020 - 10% of the total membership dues

Can I pay via cheque?

While credit card is the preferred method, we can still accept cheques as payment provided, we have the first one dated for November 1st (and the second cheque post-dated for May 1st if using the Semi-Annual payment plan). Please note: the 8-month payment plan is not available if paying by cheque.

Does my auto-renewal automatically secure my seats for playoffs?

Yes.

Am I still able to relocate my seats?

Yes! You will still have the opportunity to relocate your seats during the relocation event. More details to come later in the year.
