What is Seat Exchange?

As a member of the Toronto Argonauts you have the ability make up to two exchanges during the 2019 season.  You can exchange your current seats for a different seating location and/or for a different home game. To find out if your event and current seat location allows for Seat Exchange, go to your Ticket Management page and look for the seat exchange icon (2 curved arrows). This indicates that the event and your current seats are eligible to be exchanged into other seats and possibly into another event.

Must exchange a minimum of 72 hours prior to the game you cannot attend.

How do I exchange my seats?

  • Log in to My Account Manager
  • Select 'Manage My Tickets'
  • Select an event that is eligible for Seat Exchange (look for the 2 curved arrows icon)
  • Select 'Exchange' within the dropdown. Note: not all events and/or seats are eligible to be exchanged
  • Select seats that you wish to exchange
  • Once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the seat exchange process

Ticket Donation

How do I donate my tickets to charity?

Your Argonauts Account Manager  account allows you to donate tickets to charity. When donated, the Argonauts Account Manager charity of choice will automatically receive your ticket and will be placed into their account.

  • Log in to My Account Manager
  • Select 'Manage My Tickets'
  • Select an event eligible to donate to charity
  • Look for the 'heart' icon within the calendar. This indicates that the event is eligible for donating tickets
  • Select 'donate to charity' within the dropdown. Note: Not all events and/or seats are eligible to be donated. Donate may not be available if it is too close to the event (72 hours’ notice) or if the donation limit for the event has already been reached
  • Select seats that you wish to donate
  • Once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the donation process
The delivery information for The Argonauts Account Manager charity of choice will automatically be filled in. Once the ticket has been forwarded to charity of choice, your original ticket will no longer be valid.

When donated, the Kids Up Front will automatically receive your ticket and will be placed into their account.

What is the designated charity for Argonauts Account Manager?

The designated charity is Kids Up Front. Kids Up Front believe all children deserve to experience the magic of a live sporting event.  Select an event eligible to be donated to charity to view your charity options.  With the help of Argos members along with various other channels Kids Up Front have reached more than 525,000 people up of children and families in need.

How do I exchange my seats?

Navigate to the Ticket Management page and select "ticket history" when viewing the event and seat details. This information is only displayed when the event has passed.

Do I get benefits when making a donation?

All donated tickets to Kids Up Front that are received prior to the 72 hour notice and are within their donation limit for said event will receive a tax receipt sent directly from Kids Up Front.

Account Manager

What is ticket forwarding?

Transfer your tickets to friends, family, clients, or anyone else. Argonauts Members can transfer their tickets using ticket transfer. Once the recipient receives and accepts your ticket offer, the recipient can print his or her TicketFast® generated tickets to any standard printer (if print functionality is available) or view on mobile device (where available). Note: Once a ticket has been transferred and accepted, your original tickets will no longer be valid.

What are the fees for transferring tickets?

When you forward tickets, there may be per ticket charges for authentication and ticketFast® delivery. Any such fees will be displayed during the forwarding process.

How do I transfer a ticket?

Your Argonauts Account Manager account allows you to transfer tickets to virtually anyone with an email address. Using TicketFast® technology and Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher (free), the recipient can print a transferred ticket to any standard printer (if print functionality is available) or view on mobile device (where available).

How to transfer tickets?

  • Log in to My Argos Account Manager
  • Select "Manage My Tickets"
  • Select an event
  • Select 'Transfer to Friend' within the dropdown. Note: Not all events and/or seats are eligible to be transferred ie) Playoff ticket included in your package prior date confirmation
  • Select seats that you wish to transfer. Note: you may select seats across multiple events and/or seat blocks to transfer at once
  • Once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the transfer process
  • You may also be given the opportunity to transfer additional items associated with the event (such as parking) as part of this process

When completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept or decline the transferred tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. Note: do not destroy or discard your original tickets until the recipient has completed the acceptance process. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.

What if the recipient cannot attend the event?

The recipient will have the option to accept or decline your offer when they receive the ticket transfer invitation. The recipient can decline the offer and you will receive an email notifying you they did not accept the tickets. You may also cancel the offer from the Ticket Management page any time up until the tickets are accepted by the recipient. Once the offer is accepted by the recipient, your original ticket is no longer valid.

How do I cancel my ticket transfer offer?

There are two ways to view and manage your pending ticket management actions. You can either select 'view and manage pending actions' from the Ticket Management page or select an event that you have actioned on. From there, you can manage your pending ticket transfer offers. Select a transfer offer and click 'cancel transfer' and you will be directed to the cancel process. You may be also eligible to cancel only certain group of seats within a transfer offer if you have transferred seats spanning various seat blocks and events. If you cancel a portion of seats within the initial transfer offer, the remaining seats can still be accepted by the recipient.

What if I transferred my tickets to a wrong email address?

You can cancel the offer from the Ticket Management page any time up until the tickets are accepted by the recipient. Since your original tickets are no longer valid once the recipient accepts the transfer invite, you may need to contact customer service at 416-341-ARGO (2746) with the account number and the transfer transaction number.

What if I transferred the wrong event or wrong seats?

You can cancel the offer from the Ticket Management page any time up until the tickets are accepted by the recipient. Once canceled, you will need to complete the transfer process again.

What is the deadline for transferring tickets?

The deadline is at Kick-off/start of game.

What if the event is rescheduled or canceled?

If the event is rescheduled, the recipient who accepted the transferred invite retains the tickets. If the event is canceled, the initial purchaser of the tickets will receive the refund. Note: there is no refund for any fees associated with the transfer transaction.

Why are some tickets not available for transfer?

Certain events and locations within a venue may not be available for you to transfer your tickets for various reasons which may include, but are not limited to:

  • The event has passed or it is past the transfer cut off time
  • Only barcoded tickets can be transferred
  • The tickets have not been paid for
  • Tickets are not available for transferring due to certain venue or event restrictions
  • The event date hasn’t been confirmed

How do I know the transferred tickets have been used?

How do I accept a ticket transfer?

When a ticket transfer invite is sent to you, there are 2 ways to accept the invite:

  • Via ticket transfer email sent by the ticket sender
  • Logging into My ARGONAUTS Account Manager. If you currently do not have an account, you will need to create one

When logged into ARGONAUTS Account Manager, click on the alert module on top to accept the ticket transfer.

Printing Tickets

How do I print tickets?

  • Log in to My Account Manager
  • Select 'Manage My Tickets'
  • Select an event
  • Select 'Print' within the dropdown. Note: not all events and/or seats are eligible to be printed
  • Select seats that you wish to print. Note: you may select seats across multiple events and/or seat blocks to print at once
  • Once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the print process
  • You may also be given the opportunity to print additional items associated with the event (such as parking) as part of this process

On the confirmation page, click the 'print' button. Your tickets will open as a PDF file an may be printed on any standard printer. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher (free).

Note: Once you click the 'print' button, the downloaded tickets will be required for entry to the event. You cannot use any tickets that may have been previously issued or printed.

Why are some tickets not available for printing?

Certain tickets may not allow you to print for various reasons which may include, but are not limited to:

  • The event has passed or the game has started
  • Only barcoded tickets can be printed
  • The tickets have not been paid for
  • Tickets are not available for printing due to certain venue or event policies

What are the fees for printing tickets?

When you print tickets, there may be charges for authentication and TicketFast® delivery. Any such fees will be displayed during the printing process.

How many times can I download and print tickets for the same seats?

You can download and print tickets as many times as you wish. Keep in mind that applicable fees for a re-authentication and TicketFast® delivery may occur for each reissue of tickets.

What is the cutoff time for ticket printing?

You may download and print tickets up to gametime.

Why don't I see my tickets downloading when I click the "Download Now" button?

Check your browser's security settings to make sure you have enabled 'File Downloads' and 'Meta Refresh'. If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or above:

  • On the menu, select Tools > Internet Options
  • Select the Security Tab
  • Under the Web content zone, select Internet
  • Choose Custom Level...
  • Make sure Downloads > File download is set to Enable.
  • Make sure Miscellaneous > Allow META REFRESH is set to Enable.

How does TicketFast® work?

TicketFast® allows you to print your tickets right away. A PDF file will render the tickets and you can either print them now or later. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher (free). Bring the TicketFast® ticket at the event, your tickets will be scanned and you'll be admitted.

What are the benefits of using TicketFast®?

It's convenient and fast!

  • TicketFast® allows you to get your tickets right away with no will call lines or mail delivery to wait for
  • Print them at your convenience using any standard ink-jet or laser printer

Do I need any special hardware or software to use TicketFast®?

For the printer:

  • Any ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print tickets. Use 8.5 x 11 plain white paper for best results. If you unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual

For the software:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. If you do not have it, download it now. It's free

Will this ticket be accepted for the event?

Yes. The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket and will be accepted at BMO Field for all 2019 Argos games. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would with cash.

What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?

Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. Make sure you keep it in a safe like you would with cash. If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name and the last four-digits of the credit card used to make the purchase is on each ticket will be notified to the Box Office.

What if I cannot print my tickets?

Even easier you can pull up your ticket on your phone and present your phone at the gate and the staff will scan your ticket right off of your phone.  However, if the printed ticket is what you desire, here are some tips to help you get your tickets printed.

  • Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. If you don't have it, download it, it's free!
  • Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer or network
  • Make sure your printer has enough memory available, try closing any unnecessary programs

Can I buy tickets for friends and family at a discounted rate?

Yes, you can buy additional tickets at your Member rate! Please call 416-341-ARGO (2746) and one of our representatives will be happy to help you purchase additional tickets.

What is Argonauts Account Manager?

The Argonauts Account Manager is an extension to the box office available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By logging in or creating an account, you will have access to a number of available features and benefits as a season member including and not limited to exchanging, donating and forwarding.

What browsers and operating systems are supported on this site?

This site supports Internet Explorer 9 thru 11, Safari 7 and above, Firefox 27 and above and Google Chrome 3 and above. You may experience functionality disruptions when using other browser/operating system combinations.

How do I log in?

You may login using your email address associated to the account. If you have no email address associated to the account, you will be prompted to add an email address upon logging in.

How do I create an account?

How do I retrieve my password?

Click Here to go to the main log in page. From there click on "Forgot Your Password?" link and type in your email address. Upon submission, you will receive an email with your password.

What is ticket Management

Your Ticket Management page allows you to view all of your up and coming Argonauts events in a simplified calendar display.

What is "current entry method to event?"

This information conveys the current barcode information required for entry into the event. To enter BMO Field for 2019 Argonauts game you must present a valid/active ticket.  This could be your hard commemorative ticket, hard printed ticket, print at home ticket and of course mobile ticket that can be access through your Account Manager

How can I view and manage my pending actions?

There are two ways to view and manage your pending ticket management actions. You can either select "view and manage pending actions" from the Ticket Management page or select an event that you have actioned on. From there, you can manage the following pending actions if offered by the venue:
